We are looking for motivated individuals across all regions. for our Outbound Sales Development Rep position. Candidates must be confident and optimistic, with experience in obtaining corporate level customers. We typically work in the following fields:
– Oil and Gas
Outbound Sales Development Rep Responsibilities
• Represent our company in the given regions – check emails and be available for correspondence with the directors when required. (times will be discussed based on time zone.
• Prospecting new clients
• Make calls to prospects and convince them to try our services
• Follow-up with prospects who showed interest in trying our services
• Update CRM to track all correspondences and updates from the clients
Outbound Sales Development Rep Skills / Experience Requirements
• Solid sales qualification experience while utilizing a consultative mindset
• The ability to reach out to those in key positions through your own research or info we give you.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Great attention to detail
• Must possess excellent communication skills and should be fluent in English or ideally a native English speaker
• Must have at least 5 years experience in sales development
• Understanding of eLearning and/or language industry is preferable
• Have a proven track record and a solid plan.
We operate a commission structure in addition to the hourly rate on deals closed over $10,000, which ranges from 5-15% uncapped.
